I’m a psychiatric nurse (BSN, RN) who spent years working with people in mental health crisis — and kept noticing the same thing: people got help after things fell apart, but no one taught them the skills beforehand.
MindStrong is my answer to that. I work with driven teens to build real mental tools early — using the language of training and growth, so it feels less like “something’s wrong with me” and more like “I’m getting stronger.”

This is skills-based wellness and mindset coaching, not treatment for a mental health condition. It works best for motivated teens who are high-functioning but feel the pressure. If your child needs clinical care, I'll gladly help point you toward the right support.
